Services offered on this website

Any item or service offered on GameStore.live should be understood as saving real time. This means that time is sold here as a service. You can get including but not limited to: game items/accounts/rankings in exchange for means of payment listed in these terms with the only one purpose - to save part of your own time.

Any account and/or purchased services from GameStore.live remains property of their respective owners at all times in accordance with their terms of services, and nothing in these terms gives you any rights in their intellectual property. Using our services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our services or the content you access.


Accounts

Any item shown on this website offered as an "Account" was registered with legit means provided by the specified game publisher. Each and every of those items has detailed information about what it contains both with text and pictures.

We always do our best to be as accurate as possible in describing products. However, product description rarely may appear to have a human error since it is made by people.

Accepting these terms is considered as buyer's consent to account description and prevents from further disputing with the reason "not met specifications" or any other reason close to described above.

Every such item was created and leveled in the legit way also called "hand leveled" unless stated otherwise. Once account is bought and verified to any e-mail you have access to, there is no more way we can retrieve/recall/reclaim the account back.

Since this moment, you have full access to that account. With an exception of the warranty, GameStore.live does not guarantee its accounts to be free of errors in any way.


Boosting/Power Leveling

Such services offer specified kind of improving your own game account characteristics in the legit way by us. Once you've placed an order and made payment, you agree to:


  • Not log into your account and play ranked game type before your order is considered as done;
  • Losing any ranked points due to customer or related to him people while we are working on your order may cause you to additional fees or even to our refusal to continue with your order;
  • Not to change password before the order is considered as completed except the case when we are informed in advance;
  • Your account settings may be changed during order is being done, this applies same as to technical settings and personal settings (key binds/any kind of ingame UI settings);
  • Booster starts working on your order not later than starting time states, usually it is 24 hours after payment is completed, but we reserve the right to move the start time up to 72 hours due to your order may be placed in queue;
  • Completion time is considered as "roughly estimated";
  • If your boost has not started after 10 days of receiving your payment then you are entitled to a full refund. We do not provide full refunds once the boost has been started.


Warranty

Each and every item on this website is covered with warranty. To fully satisfy needs and wants of our customers, we provide them with warranty for products purchased. In case your account appeared to be banned, we will provide you with a replacement, that would be alike banned one was, considering current stock on the website.

This applies to cases when all following conditions are met:

  • After account credentials were sent to client, he/she has to change password and reverify his account. Refusal may cause a warranty revoke;
  • An unmodified copy of the ban notice on the client’s account forwarded directly to gs.contact.mail@gmail.com within a maximum of 10 days from the initial date of account ban along with the e-mail You got from gamestore.live after You've bought it;
  • The reason for ban must be under "purchase of account" or the substantial equivalent of it;
  • There is at least 1 (one) match played on the account following purchase (matchmade or normal game);
  • A replacement account has not already been issued for the one purchase.


If any or all of these conditions are not met, this warranty service will not apply.

We provide customers with replacements, no refunds are made. There is a rule stating you can get one new account as a replacement for one purchase made. Additionally, this service will never apply to circumstances and/or events where the end user (the “Client”) is held responsible for the ban.


Shipment

Each and every item listed on GameStore.live is considered as "digital good/service". Thus, shipment of such items is provided with a help of digital means, including without limitation electronic mail, on-line chat, Skype or other methods to contact customer. Mainly, GameStore.live uses automated system of electronic mail delivery. All the information You need to know about item You've purchased would be delivered to the e-mail address specified during checkout. Estimated time of delivery item's bought after payment is 3-5 minutes, however, we are not responsible for any kind of issues that customer may encounter using third-party services to gain access to the info GameStore.live is trying to deliver to the end user("Client").
